Celebrating Two Years of Impact: Military No Stress PCS Reflects on Our Journey
Two years ago, Rob Schelle started with an idea to try to make a positive impact on the world; this idea was born out of a desire to give back to the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms. Rob’s inspiration came from recognizing a pressing need within the military community, particularly among service members and their families who faced the daunting challenge of relocating; navigating the complexities of moving, finding suitable housing, and understanding the intricacies of different regions are incredibly stressful. Thus, Military No Stress PCS was born. Our non-profit has a clear and unwavering mission: to provide military members, veterans, and their families essential guidance and resources to ease the burdens of relocation.
As we celebrate the second anniversary of Military No Stress PCS, we take a moment to reflect on our journey, the milestones we’ve achieved, and the lives we’ve touched.
Family Services and Support
Serving veterans, active-duty service members, and their families who often face unique challenges and sacrifices, Military No Stress PCS lives out our principles of compassion, support, and empowerment for the miliary community. We have supported over 1,100 families with relocation guidance, housing support, and access to community resources, easing the transition process for these families, and ensuring a smoother and less stressful move.
Partnerships with Likeminded Organizations
Military No Stress PCS has developed meaningful collaborations with businesses and non-profit organizations that share our unwavering dedication to prioritizing the needs of the military community. Our valued partners include: LogsaMil Moves, Elite Real Estate Systems, Operation Child Care, Leave No Paws Behind USA, and Four Block. Additionally, we are an officially recognized Military OneSource PSC Resource; this recognition strengthens our commitment to providing valuable support and resources to military families.
Giftings and Giveaways
Military No Stress PCS is dedicated to giving back to our community in tangible ways. Since our inception, we have provided a Holiday Gift Giveaway, where three lucky winners received Apple Airpods Pro, a 50’ 4HD TV, and a $150 Omaha Steaks Gift Card. We’ve offered a gesture of appreciation to our military spouses for Miliary Spouse Appreciation Month, by awarding a $50 gift card to Spouse-ly, an online marketplace to shop a wide variety of products and services created by military and first responder families. We’ve given away $100 Amazon gift cards monthly to those who sponsored a wreath for Wreaths Across America. Additionally, during the Month of the Military Child, we organized an Essay Contest for children of military members in grades K-12. The four winners received brand-new laptops!

- Community Engagement: We will continue to create partnerships and locate resources within our community to deepen our engagement with the groups we serve, to listen to their needs, and to find solutions for their unique challenges.
